Delete Your Account
VoiceTask AI — Notes & To-Do (ai.voicetask.todo)
Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (immediate)
- Open VoiceTask and tap your profile icon at the top of Today (or go to Browse → Settings).
- Scroll to the Privacy & data section.
- Tap Delete account and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first.
This permanently deletes your account and all cloud data: tasks, projects, voice-note transcripts and summaries, and your sign-in identity. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us at support@voicetask.app from the address associated with your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will delete the account and confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your authentication account (email / Google / Apple sign-in)
- All synced tasks and projects
- All voice-note transcripts, summaries, and metadata
- Subscription linkage (your store subscription itself is managed by Google Play / the App Store — cancel it there)
What is kept
- Nothing tied to your identity. Voice audio is never stored — it is transcribed in realtime by our speech-recognition provider and then discarded.
- Data stored only on your device (local task cache, voice-note audio files) is removed by uninstalling the app.
- Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
